  • - Refine those scenes until they land in your nervous system with precision.

  • - Root them through ritual, journaling, and repetition - so they rewire from the inside out.

Live Teaching Calls (via Zoom) Tuesdays 6:30pm:

  • 7th October: Opening Ritual (75 mins) – anchor choice, intake, first scene

  • 21st October: SceneCraft Basics (90 mins) – how to generate, tweak, and track your body’s cues

  • 4th November: Integration & Repetition (90 mins) – turning scenes into medicine through ritual and repetition

  • 18th November: Polarity & Edges (90 mins) – cycle syncing and meeting desire where it resists

  • 4th December: Closing Ritual (75 mins) – anchoring your practice and harvesting your learnings

Live Ritual Check-Ins - Thursdays 6:30pm:
Short, bi-weekly circles to ground, share, and recalibrate.

All group calls will be recorded if you can’t join us live. *
